Privacy

Auto Edit Flow runs on your Mac. Your projects, footage, pictures and renders are stored locally and are never uploaded by the app.

What leaves your Mac

• Audio you choose to transcribe is sent to the transcription provider whose key you set in Preferences.
• Searches for online assets go to the libraries you enable, and a file is downloaded only after you approve it.
• When you connect Claude, Claude sees what its tools return — the same as any conversation with Claude.

The local server

The app's control server listens only on 127.0.0.1 and requires a token stored in your user folder. Other devices on your network cannot reach it.
